Alpine was a French sports car manufacturer aquired by Renault in 1973.
Founded by Jean Rédélé in Dieppe 1955.
Tha Alpine A110 was a succesfull rally car and won the 1971 Monte Carlo Rally
with Swedish Driver Ove Andersson.

The last Renault Alpine model was the A610 in 1995, after wich the Alpine model name has dissapered.
The factory in Dieppe is still used by Renault for production.
